This is the 2nd one of these I bought. This one is a little bigger and I intend to use it for streamers, stonefly nymphs and hoppers. The mini for smaller nymphs and drys. Both are great products and I like them much better than the wool or foam patches I had been using.

Smaller than expected and thought the magnet to hold flies would be stronger. Works fine though. I wont put large streamers on it.

Almost every trip out i use this, a fly gets inadvertently knocked off by my arm wether casting or fighting a fish. The magnet just isn't strong enough

Easily attaches to the lid of my gear storage container that I use in my saltwater boat. It’s a string magnet and my flies stay in place. It’s too early to tell if it resists rusting.

Holds flies securely and can be used on vests or other items. Can be used to hold a fly on a tippet when required when moving or not fishing.

I put it on my waist pack and use it to dry flies out and hold all of my tools if I need another hand real quick.

I am an avid fly fisher. This is a great item to use while fishing. You can attach it easily. It has a strong magnet and also a loop. It holds my flys and my pliers easily. Service was great. Delivery was spot on. Buy one you can’t go wrong.

I like the product, good size and nice material. I don’t like the price. Pretty costly for such a small tool.

I use it less often than I thought I would but when I do it comes in fairly handy. A lot of my stuff I found out was not actually magnetic. Also, the magnet that holds the platform in place from the inside is tiny and not strong enough for most surfaces on my tackle bag. I wish it was stronger or there was an alternative mounting option.
