Works great when it works. Cup sensor needs to be recalibrated. I use a fairly heavy ceramic mug and it sometimes takes 5 minutes taking it off and on to get it to stop flashing even with a full cup of coffee. The mug sensor feature was one of the main reasons I bought it. Once it works it does a great job at keeping my coffee at the perfect temperature for as long as I want. I could use the manual on but it would defeat the purpose of buying this one.

It has 2 settings. Warm for candles, hotter for drinks. It also has auto shut off at I think 8 hours.I burned a candle down to no usable wick. So, I removed the wick and poured the remaining wax into a bowl and set it on this warmer. It works like a charm. The warmer is approx 4 1/2" wide and has no lip to set a jar candle off balance. The big base, glass candle (like in my picture) work well on this warmer. Also, lift the candle, the warmer turns off.

Doesn't get too hot to the touch. Definitely does not get as hot as a candle warmer. Purchased the pink color. Keeps my drink warm but not super hot.

Bonne note toutefois, super design

Pros:Won’t run unless it can sense the weigh change.Gets very hotCandle wax melts work wellAuto shutoff is reasonable and safeLooks goodConsThe sides of the unit also get hot. I had to re-arrange to give room around the unit. It also comes with a warning sticker for this fact.I haven’t tested a large candle. Overall, I’m very happy with this. And I can always use it for its coffee mug purpose if I am not happy.

WORTHLESS.1. Bought the blue one on April 24, 2022. Stopped working in August 3, 2022. So it worked for just over 3 months... The on button still lights up, but it doesn't heat up.2. The mug sensor never once detected when I put my mug on it, so I always had to use the manual setting, which is something of a pain to turn on.3. The highest temperature setting barely kept my tea warm.I don't recommend buying from Nouvati.

I got this as a gift from my boss to myself, I usually have to microwave my coffee as i'm a slow sipper and this keeps it warm all morning. I like the sensor that automatically turns off it also senses if there is something on it. I've also used this as a candle warmer and its super helpful there as Im always worried I'll forget to blow them out and burn my house down, no more worrying.

Initially I thought it was not working per the instructions, because it seemed not to recognise when I put a cup on it. Maybe the cup needs to be big and heavy? The instructions give a second option, in which you operate it manually instead. That manual option works fine. Just be sure to turn it off afterwards rather than leaving it on. I forgot once and burnt myself on it. Overall, this is fine. Less big and ugly than some of them, and I like the smooth flat surface for the cup.UPDATE: It is still working, over 2 years later, and the price has dropped from what I paid, so I am increasing the number of stars from 4 to 5. I do like the minimalist design. Some cup warmers are so big and ugly.To turn it on to manual mode (which DOES NOT TURN IT OFF AUTOMATICALLY, NOTE), keep your finger on the power touch thing for 3 or 4 seconds. If you use big heavy ceramic cups this won't be necessary, but for my delicate bone china ones it is.

I read another review from a different company where I buy my candles, it mentioned they use a candle warmer and it helps their candles last longer. I researched lots of different choices on Amazon and decided to try this one. I am not disappointed. I immediately opened it and use it on a candle I was about to throw away, the wicks were so close to the bottom they wouldn't light, but the warmer it melted the remaining wax and burned for over two hours and I can still use the candle again!!I wish I would've bought this years ago. This one time investment will allow me to burn my candles, at least, twice as long!

I got this for a candle warmer mostly. I was afraid on the high setting this wouldn't be able to melt my Bath and Body Works 3 wick candles, but after a couple hours on the high setting it has almost completely melted a new candle! Another 30 minutes and it should be completely melted. The scent started about an hour after turning it on when a little puddle of melted wax could be seen on the top of the candle. The base does get hot and it comes with good instructions. It also comes in a nice box and it would make a great gift! I like the auto shut off after 8 hours. I also like the auto heat off when a cup is removed from the warmer. All in all this is a very nice warmer.

It gets quite hot even with only 20W as described. My 10am coffee is toasty even though I used a IKEA cup with concave bottom. Easy to use, employs a 1-button-does-all kind of approach. Stable on the desk. Looks sleek enough to send out as gifts too.
