I can't see that it works. I tried in two or three different spots, following the directions as given. The locations were completely different...one, our original garden that has been fertilized and worked over the years, the other a brand new raised bed filled with new top soil and compost. I got the same results on both locations.

I could not get it to power on. I replaced the batteries that came with it, but it still didn't work. Not worth returning.
