These cutters have sprung handles & a jaw angle opening adjuster (which sets the maximum opening jaw gap when the handles are released), perfect for repetitive cutting work). The manufacturer refer to these as micro nippers, but at 125mm long, they are only marginally smaller than most PCB side cutters.

Ottimo prodotto. Lo uso per tagliare le fotoincisioni in ottone e spessori fino a 0,50mm. Devo dire che il taglio è preciso e facile da gestire.Molto utile il blocco regolabile per l'apertura non presente in altri articoli simili, utilissimo per non far stancare le mano se si devono tagliare come spesso accade di solito tanti pezzi in serie.L'acciaio è molto buono come pure l'affittuario dell'utensile che si dimostra molto durevole nel tempo specie se lo stesso viene trattato con le dovute cautele del caso.Acquistato tre volte.... e lo consiglio altre 100.

These are my favorite micro side cutters/nippers. They feel good in the hand and are made of quality steel (at least quality enough to hold an edge with repeated use). I have broken other (cheaper) micro nippers but have yet to break a set of these. These are well worth the price.

Love these things, I work at a raw wire factory and these are great for fine snipping in tight areas on wire spools etc.

Engineer makes some of the nicest, high-quality pliers I've ever seen or used. Everything lines up perfectly, and they function very smoothly. They cut precisely and are extremely sharp. I'm definitely buying more Engineer pliers, especially the Neji-saurus line. I don't expect to ever have a problem with these little cutters.

The tool is small and easy to get into tight spaces, but still feels sturdy and premium. The nipper blades are sharp and not damaged at all. Very happy!

I cut wire ties and category cable regularly to install RJ45 connectors working in racks. I have been using the very good crescent 4” nips found at Home Depot for a long time. Same as the excelite. As usual going job to job I lose them once in a while and decided to search for something better. Looked at knipex, bought a few others that were quite pricey. I don’t buy cheap ones anymore outside the crescent.Wasn’t sure if this would make a nice clean straight cut as the top of the unit looks slightly curved. It makes perfect, flush, sharp cuts of 8 conductors of ethernet. It has an incredibly sharp cut and makes a nice “snap” instead of a “mush” of any sort as you cut. As good as anything I’ve tried and it’s $20. It’s pretty awesome.Handle has a nice feel, it’s got some nice give.Only 2 complaints:1. While I actually like the black handle aesthetic, I want my tools neon. You’re working, you place it on a black rack shelf or the ground… you’ll never find black again. It’s the worst color for working in the field. Give me neon green or orange and I’m happy.2. Working very close to some white walls or shelving, the handle touched the white surfaces and left black marks. Like the soles of a black shoe on a basketball court. I managed to get them off, but… my others never did this.These are minor complaints overall for a tool that just feels right. If you’re a pro, you’ll understand what I mean by “feel”. Many tools do the same job but your favorite one always feels good to use for a dozen reasons. This is one of those. I recommend. If someone from Engineer reads this, please put a neon stripe on the handle or offer another color. It’s too small and easy to lose. I can’t even find it in my tool pouch as easily. Anyway I bought two… because I already know someone else will find a free tool at some point.I had to but neon green heat shrink for these. You’ll the photo of black handles versus green on something black. Inside racks it’s often dark, and all components and rack shelves are black. Please change the color.

Precision build is apparent. Cuts like butter. Comfortable handles. I like it is Engineer brand and made in Japan - I've had their tools before and never disappointed. I expect the same from this cutter. Worth the price difference compared to the cheaper $5 or $10 ones. Highly recommend.

Pince utilisée pour dégrapper des pièces de maquette en plastique. Suffisamment fine et tranchante pour ne pas avoir à retoucher les pièces après la coupe. Jusqu'ici, fiabilité parfaite, ne s'émousse pas, pas de problème de solidité même pour la partie la plus fine. La tenue en main est confortable.

Unos alicates realmente muy pequeños, con las hojas de menos de dos centímetros, muy manejables y con un mango muy resistente. Para lo que los quiero que es trabajar con pequeños cables y bridas me gustan más así de pequeños, aunque no me lo esperaba así. Muy recomendable si no se va a estar trabajando con nada grande e interesa la precisión.
