I genuinely like this machine and I'm glad I have it even though I couldn't give it a perfect review. I'll start with the bad, but overall, it's good.The grinder spits out grounds that are a bit warm. This is strange to me since this is a conical burr mechanism. Generally, conical burrs leave grounds the same temperature. This is, also after the machine has been off all night, so the beans weren't picking up residual heat. It's a minor detail, but it does affect the final brew.The different cups are tough to deal with for novices. Most people will be fine with the single-shot cup that's for pre-ground coffee (even if you're grinding fresh). The double shot cup will work for double shots - the other ones tend to not give the nice crema on top of your espresso.The other thing that's a bit annoying is how long you have to purge steam before you get a good stream of steam suitable for milk. You have to kind of test and purge for 1-2 minutes before you get a good solid stream of steam - otherwise it'll be too cold and watery and your cup will fill with water before you can get a good froth. The manual suggests it doesn't take this long, but it really will take a while.With that said - it's worth buying 100% if you want a solid machine that fits your budget. The espresso that comes out does do justice to the beans you put in. The grinder works very well at dialing in the size of your grind. It comes with a high quality tamper and all the other little equipment you'll need, aside from a knock box (get a knock box - you won't regret it).

This machine met all my expectations. Simple to use and has the power to make cafe style espresso and milk based drink. The steam wand really can make that milk hot and frothy. Getting the correct grind for a great espresso is probably the most difficult part of owning this machine. In time I will have that mastered. Strongly recommend you read directions if you have not used an espresso machine before. I have been using this machine 3 times every day! I am a big fan of expressos. Now there is not need to spend money on coffee anymore. This is my investment.

Nothing beats having fresh ground coffee to pull your espresso shots. The taste is so much better and this machine makes it easy by doing it all in one place. It holds a good amount of beans. Puts out shots easily with a nice smooth cap. And the brother is a plus when using milk.

I love this espresso machine. I have been wanting a machine that has the grinder and frother too. Coffee quality is amazing and the brew speed is amazing. I think is a very good value for the money and you are able to use it easily and don’t have to be an expert to do great coffee.
