The elbow at the head expoded in a gushing leak; after two months.The head expoded after a month, and had to be reassembled.No thanks. Overpriced garbage.

Dropped to patio floor on first day....plastic housing around hose fitting cracked...causing leaks.....I didn't think a durable flexrilla product would do that...as I swear by and love their kink free garden hose...can I return it ?

In the first.month of used the flexible area burst and water spills everywhere so the hose is ok except for.the.fact.that since is bright yellow green it gets dirty fast but. The sprayer is low quality does. not last long and this part could not be taken apart so you cant repair it and tried calling them they never answer

Until it blew out a seal, I really loved this thing. I’ve had it for only 15 days. After blowing the seal in the head pivot joint tonight, it is basically worthless. For the price, and from flexzilla, I expected a LOT better product. Very disappointed to say the least. Hoping to see a customer service response, but not holding out much hope.

I don’t like this thing. It’s awkward to change settings. The button style is not the greatest. I tried it and I really don’t like it. It’s too much trouble to use.
