The magnification of these is incredible for how thin and small these are, they fit in your card slots of your wallet perfectly, and take up no space or weight obviously, plus it came in a very high quality mylar package resealable bag, that could be reused for many other purposes from tinders or keeping tbings dry, very happy with my purchase and the price was amazing!

I teach outdoor skills to children and adults and while everyone THINKS they know how to use a ferro rod or do a lens ignition, it's a thing that takes practice to do successfully and reliably. I just keep a supply of these on had and sell them at cost to people who want one.I am proud to say that last summer for the first time I had a kid blow a natural tinder bundle up into a full fire using one of these.

Great quality, it does work but so far it's hard for me to make a fire, but it's just practice, i have one in my wallet and another on my phone, you never know when you need to make a fire!

I doubt i will use it to light fires like I did when I was a child, but it is possible. Now that my eyes are older it is nice to have a few magnifiers around for extra small print or tiny slivers or threading a tiny needle or burning ants. OK I don't burn ants anymore. It is great for outdoor activities or household or travel. The only item I wasn't sure about giving a 5 stars for is durability because I haven't had it long term and they are very light weight, but I will give it the benefit of the doubt because they are so inexpensive and convenient and the customer service has been superb.I have ordered several things from 5col Survival Supply in the past. So far it is 100% satisfaction on the items and the service. This time they went above and beyond on the customer service.

Great product you hope you dont need to use it for a fire. But it fits in my wallet and it can definitely be used especially on fine dry tinder to start one for an emergency. Great little magnifier that fits just like i said. And you get 5. Already gave one away to a family member.
