This is a replacement for another brand bought on Amazon that was only a year old. I like this one as the control buttons are large and on the top of the unit which make them easy to read, not small little buttons on the side that are harder to use like others. We use this sitting on top of a smaller stereo, so hopefully it will last longer than the one previously purchased.

I bought this for my daughter, and she loves it. The sound is clear and loud, and the CD player is small and lightweight, making it easy for her to carry to school. The battery life is good, and it charges quickly. A great purchase!

Both the headphone and power jacks are in front. I mounted mine upside down and it plays fine. Sound is good. Just a basic unit, powered by usb. Clean look.
