This replaced an existing model that stopped working after the warranty expired. I was glad that the vendor had the light almond color in stock. Installed fairly easily.

Both units I got were duds. Didn't get a chance to install within the return window, but I did notice that both units had been previously opened, missing the wire nuts, but I didn't think much of it. Came to install and they were both junk....bench tested them and nothing. Disappointed that I didn't investigate sooner.

We use this device in our master bathroom so the fan doesn't run more than the few minutes it needs to. Great device. Pretty simple to wire if you understand how switches are wired in your home.

These work great, but I have had 2 (out of 8) fail within a year. I have whole house surge protection, so the cause is probably due to design issues. Still would buy again.

We purchased this switch to control a bathroom fan, and it works exactly as described. For installation, you need to make sure you have a white neutral wire in the switch box. We didn't, so we replaced the existing 2-conductor wire running from the switch to the fan with 3-conductor to pick-up the white neutral from the power supply line at the fan. Highly recommend this product. Question for Amazon or Intermatic: Why does the Light Almond version costs double what the Ivory version costs ($32 vs. $16)?

Replaced a toggle switch for the heat function of a bathroom vent/fan with this electronic timer. It was a fairly easy swap. The only pause I took was on the two "black" wires that were attached to the toggle switch receptacle and making sure I chose the correct one to connect with the timer's red wire. It was a 10-15 min task; it actually took about as long to run up/down the stairs to the basement to turn the circuit breaker off/on.
