The versatile unit features a holding mode up to 185°F and a proofing mode up to 115°F. The insulated cabinet holds up to 36 sheet pans. The biggest benefit to cabinets capable of both holding and proofing is their versatility. They're capable of holding cooked foods at safe temperatures until they're ready to serve, and the proofing mode can finish up the baking process.

This is my third identical warming oven — though the first two carry a different name. Church members love them for potlucks and food cooked on site! First time we’ve been able to deliver food for a potluck and keep it warm during the service to enjoy it hot just afterward!

We use this cabinet for keep the food hot for our luncheons at church. Our first luncheon with the warmer was Mexican food, it was really nice to have the food hot when we got ready to eat.

Well built with plenty of tray slots and works well on 120v outlets. Our church uses it to keep covered dishes or pizza warm during pot luck meals and during special events. We saved hundreds of dollars. Very well packaged and protected and on a pallet.

DO NOT buy from this company. They are straight garbage. Worst customer service ever. Purchased a unit from them and they sent me a broken unit and then told me they wouldn’t sell me parts to fix it. So unprofessional and the worst quality money can buy
