I've been using Sous Vide for about a decade now. Love it. We have a couple of different units and different cooking vessels. The only thing we didn't like about the Anova is that it didn't come with any form fitting case. My original Anova unit became damaged because of it. This product keeps your Anova safe and sound between cooks. All the padding is cut to fit. You no longer have to worry about it getting banged up in your pantry cupboard or when taking your cooking show on the road. Love this thing.

Hard shell exterior has great eye appeal. Interior very nice solid form fitting case for the ANOVA Pro. Great way to safely store immersion stick when not in use or when traveling with device.

I liked the design and manufacture of the storage case made specifically for the Anova Precision Cooker Pro. The fit is snug, with space for the electrical cable.

I have the Anova Precision Cooker (non-pro) model. Specifically model AN500-US00. This case DOES fit this model. It is a nice case. Only negative is the listing says there is a "mesh pocket", but there is none.When fitting this model, the cord just barely fits in the cord slot in the case (off the cooker) with the cooker slid all the way up. Overall happy this fit my model.

Great case which holds my Anova pro perfectly. Cord storage is a breeze. For those who have tried to keep their Anova Pro in the manufacturers box, you know how difficult it is to store the cord. This case solves the problem. Love it.

I was storing my Anova in the box that it came in and decided to get this case when I saw it. The devise fits, but not perfectly. I had to push down part of the molded plastic to get tit to fit. The case didn’t have room for where the cord came out of the back of the main stem. Once I pushed down the plastic it was fine.
