This is a good quality organic matcha powder that is good for mixing into drinks or making a matcha tea. it is naturally gluten free and vegan and is a healthy addition to your diet. Comes in a twist top jar for storage and keeps it fresh. One thing to note is that it is not made in Japan as most of the matcha powders I have purchased, it is made in China. That said I don't see any degradation in quality or flavor. Mixes well with hot water with an electric wand hand mixer. The price point is good given the quality of the product.

Was so disappointed that my usual go to for Matcha was sold out. Im very picky about my matcha and have disappointed in many "ceremonial" grades, that are truly more like 2nd harvest or even culinary, so I was worried about venturing too far away from what Ive tried and loved, but I was a matcha girl craving her fix. After thorough searching through reviews and finding an appropriate price, I decided to give this one a try. I brewed my first tea yesterday and was so pleasantly surprised. Its a little earthy and sweet, perfect! I am absolutely glad that I took the risk on this brand. Just hoping that my good review along with the others' wont cause this one to sell out as well. XD

Very vibrant green matcha. I've been using this to make matcha espresso lattes in the morning. Flavor is great. The texture of the powder is very fine so it mixes well and is not gritty. Hands down, this is the best matcha I've ever used.

I lived in Japan for fourteen years so I am picky when it comes to matcha. This one is top quality. The color is vibrant green like it should be. There is also just the right amount of bite on the finish that I like. I usually take it straight in hot water but it also works well in a latte or smoothie. Great quality and I also like the tin with the peel off top that it comes in.

I've tried a few different matcha powders over the years, and I can honestly say this one is right up there with the best. The quality is fantastic – it's as good as any other matcha I've had, and I'm really impressed with the vibrant green color. It's a beautiful, rich shade that makes my lattes look as good as they taste. This matcha makes absolutely divine lattes! I've been mixing it with oat milk and a touch of maple syrup, and it comes out perfectly every time. The flavor is smooth and pleasant, with no bitter aftertaste. I was also pleasantly surprised that I haven't encountered any stubborn clumps when mixing it, which is a common issue with some matcha powders. It dissolves easily and blends beautifully into my lattes.Overall, I'm extremely happy with this matcha powder. It's a great value for the quality, and I'll definitely be repurchasing.

I can’t keep enough of this in my house for matcha lattes and adding to smoothies. They are a hit with both my daughter and I. We love to mix it with coconut milk and add ice. This is great quality organic match that tastes really good. I don’t find it bitter or harsh, and it both mixes and tastes smooth. I like the little tin that it comes in to keep it nice and fresh. Although it seems small it doesn’t last for quite a long time following the serving suggestion. I’m glad I found an organic brand that is high in both taste and quality to use in our lattes and smoothies.

This matcha is a smooth, grassy, a little nutty, and just the right balance of umami without veering into bitterness. It froths up easily with a little whisk action. No weird aftertaste. No artificial nonsense. Solid pick for anyone who takes their tea seriously.

Very good matcha powder but this is a tiny little tin & it's quite expensive. I'll also add that based on the little research I've done there doesn't really seem to be a standard that delineates between ceremonial grade and culinary grade matcha. It's a western term and it doesn't necessarily mean anything because there isn't a standard attributed to it.I'll say this much, this is good matcha powder, in my own eyes which are very inexperienced in the world of match powders. I've used 'culinary' grade matcha powders in drinks before too & quite frankly, I've been satisfied with them. This is probably a bit better than stuff I've used. I'm not sure the price difference though is justifiable nor warranted for my own matcha drinking experience. In other words, it taste better but this is probably 10x over what I've previously used & I'm not convinced it's anywhere near 10x better. Better - for sure. 10x better? Not so sure.Anyways, probably worth trying once to see if you think differently. If you agree with me later though, save your money & don't waste more money on some made up standard that effectively means nothing. Just my two cents.
