I have bought at least 3 sets and have 0 complaints in comparison to other more reputable brands. They serve the purpose they are ment to and come with everything you need minus a drill and a skateboard .

It’s 5 inches across, so you can have it installed on the edges of any board without having to worry about overhang. They included a drill bit so you don’t have to worry about resizing the holes.This was installed on my dance board, but it can also be done on a typical 8.0” park board.
