I bought these for the explicit reason to cut apart some pallets that I had bought. The original wood/metal blades for the occasional nail was good for about eight nails per board and I got thru about 10 boards. I did discover on the very first of the original wood/metal blades that I used to make sure that I did not get the blade hot enough to start burning wood. I believe that this caused the first blade to lose what little tempering it had and ate the teeth up in two boards.So I bought the Nitro blades to try out. I have cut thru eight nails per board for 32 boards (two Pallets) and have only lost a couple teeth on one side, the rest of the teeth look just fine. I fully expect to get a couple more pallets out of this one blade.In my opinion, these blades were well worth the money.

I cut screws, backer board and then through multiple 2x4s with the same blade, with missing teeth, and it still went right through whatever I subjected this sucker to.

Cutting blade is destroyed instantly on contact with any metal. The blade burns wood more than cuts it.This is marketed as fastest cutting with longest lifespan and sold at $50 for a pack of 3 so you would expect it to work better than a blade you get at Walmart but this is not the case. The packaging also states it cuts through extreme materials but the blade struggles even cutting through wood and is completely ruined by any metal
