The stem on this plug is 1 1/16” in diameter and 2” in length. The plastic appears to be similar to PVC so it should be easy to trim to fit.

I bought this to replace a plastic bilge plug for my 2001 Crestliner. Unfortunately, the plug didn't fit. I chose not to replace the entire plug assembly since it would have required plugging two holes in the transom and then drilling 3 more. And, unfortunately, Crestliner used a non-standard thread on their plugs. So, I ended up only removing the o-ring and using that to replace the original o-ring. I also used nylon tape using for plumbing to help with the loose threads. So far, the boat hasn't leaked. If it does, I can always install the entire new unit after swapping the o-ring back. But for now, I guess I purchased a really expensive o-ring thanks to Crestliner using their own standards. (Note: I have several other plugs for the transom and they all match the threads of this so it is not a ding on this but rather a ding on Crestliner for using proprietary threads on their boats.

Works well and easy to use. I bought one to replace the original drain when I rebuilt the transom on my 1965 Glaspar Goldcup.

this item doesn't say any where other then on the Moeller site that you need adhesive sealant 5200 (very costly) plus You will need part numbers 020848-001 which is the Drain Fittings Kit and 020700-00 which is the flanging tool. the $10 is a great price for this part but ends up being near $80 once you add everything else need
