I love that this is covered by Mopar and your vehicles warranty. Its a clean seamless install that looks factory.The only downside? You best be a contortionist to get up under the dash. Also, the printed instructions are a bit ambiguous so watch a video or five.

This was the last part I needed to be able to tow a trailer carrying my RZR. I know people tow them with single axel no brake trailers. But with that much weight and cost of RZR why take the chance. This is plug in play in Mojave Jeep Gladiators.

Watch a YouTube video and throw the directions away. It's not that bad to install. Hardest part was removing the old lighter socket. It works fine. Note the light is only on when connected to a trailer with brakes. Otherwise comes on a few seconds at startup then turns off. 2021 JLURD

-Instructions are vague.-Pricey-Inside sleeve was incorrectly installed from the manufacturer. Seller refused to warranty. Took it to a local dealer because I was worried something was damaged. They told me there was a "special installation procedure and you probably broke it" (was BS), and wanted to install a brand new one. With labor, would have run me 600 bucks. Said screw it, took it apart (with the intention of returning it through Amazon), found the collar wasn't turned correctly affecting the operation of the pushbutton.
