This mug warmer does the job well and has some useful features that stand out. It has three temperature settings, a timer you can set from 1 to 12 hours, and an auto-shutoff at 4 hours—super handy for forgetful moments. The digital display is clear and easy to read, and the controls are responsive, though a bit too touchy at times.It heats mugs effectively, but keep in mind it warms the bottom of your mug rather than the liquid directly, so be cautious about where you place your mug after using it—the base gets hot! It’s compact and portable, making it easy to move around the house or take on the go.My only real gripe is the lack of a safety lock or child-proofing. The touch-sensitive controls can be activated too easily, which could be an issue if you’ve got kids or if it’s on a cluttered desk. Also, the base size is pretty standard; it works for most mugs, but something a bit larger would’ve been nice.Overall, this is a solid warmer with great heating and useful features. Just be mindful of its safety quirks!

If the cup is hot it will prolong the heat but if it is cold it would take a lot of time.

I really like that I can set a time and select 3 different settings for heating. An excellent addition to my desk. Thank you!UPDATE: I have it up to 170 but discovered that when the cup is full, it does not keep the liquid hot, only lukewarm, until it is 1/4 full then it warms it up to perfection. I'm disappointed!

I was given one as a gift last year for Christmas (so I’ve had it for 10 months now) and I put it by my side table. I use it every single morning as I do my daily devotional and Bible reading. I loved it so much (immediately), that I bought another for my office. My husband soon saw how great they are so we ordered one for him too. They have all three been working well since. I use to have to microwave my coffee (or tea) multiple times per cup, and then often forget them in the microwave. Not anymore! My drink is always the perfect temperature just sitting there waiting for me.
