Slightly too long for my Jem Jr, but works just the same. The shade of gold is a little light and doesn’t perfectly match the rest of the gold screws on the guitar. It was cheap and shipped quickly.

Everything it need it includes except tools. Installation instructions are easily found with search engines; some instructions need no drill. Easy to install even without the drill. It makes a big difference even before it's properly set up. Worth the money.
