The instructions for installation were unclear, especially since I was replacing a 20 year old NuHeat model. Customer care was exceptional. Kathy talked me through the entire installation over about 2 hours and 4 phone call. It was simple to program, and seems to be working well.

Now, when I go into my bathroom in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning, I step into a lovely, heated room with an incredibly warm, heated tile floor! It makes Monday mornings bearable and weekend mornings blissful and relaxing!

I had the NuHeat Solo and it finally went belly up. Called the manufacturer and the Lady on the other end was so helpful. She gave me 3 different NuHeat options to choose from and emailed me all the links as well. This one is super easy to install, program and set up. Took no more than 20 minutes. Works awesome. This brand is top notch for sure.

We have a NuHeat floor in our master bath. When the original thermostat started acting up, I called NuHeat to find out how to replace it. They recommended purchasing it from Global Trade and Distribution, and told me which model to order. It was simple, straightforward and we had a great experience overall. Would certainly purchase from them again.

The thermostat comes with easy-to-read instructions and it's easy to install. I have replaced my old broken floor heating thermostat and this new unit is absolutely superior to the old one in terms of use and read.It's a little bit pricier than some other products available but I have no regrets about money spent.
