Sign bracket and strap combination. It is a good value, although the straps are huge. Be prepared to cut them back.

They break easy, they do not get tight, they are bent the wrong way. If i could give negative stars i would.

Bands were inside out and week. When tightening the screw would move out of place and you would have to re-tighten, or a bracket holding the screw would pop out. I ended up going to the hardware store to purchase more to finish my project.

These worked out perfectly & they were plenty big enough to fit around street light poles here in Los Angeles, which as I recall measure 25 inches around.

The bands were curved inside out so the buckle was on the inside of the clamp. How is that supposed to work? The first attempt to bend it in the proper direction broke the buckle off with little resistance. The screws didn’t fit the brackets either. One star is too high of a rating!

They hold well but don't over tighten they have little cups holding the screw in should be holes holding it in instead. If it falls out put it back in use a pliers to squeeze it in place. Only 3 stars because of this design flaw. Price is good though others cost to much.
