As someone who had never removed a bike cassette before, I was a bit apprehensive. However, after watching a few instructional videos online, I decided to give it a try with this tool. It worked like a charm! I did need to use a long wrench and apply some body weight for extra leverage, but the process was not too difficult. The tool feels solid and well-made. Overall, an excellent product at a great value.

I was able to change two cassettes with this tool. The chain whip and lock ring removal tool both did their jobs. This is one of the cheaper deals if you need both tools, and both of the tools are good enough quality to get the job done. I don't think that the expensive tools have that much more of an advantage over these tools, other than looks. They don't have the finish of higher end tools, but sometimes you just need a tool at a reasonable price that will do what you need it to do.

Worked for my SRAM AXS cassette removal perfectly fine. Worked fine for removing disk break rotor for front wheel. Wont fit the back disk rotor lock ring as the depth of this tool is too shallow to fit it. I ended up needing to go to LBS to get the rear wheel rotor taken off (or buy Park Tool for another 15$). Besides that issue, it worked as intended and is cheaper than more expensive tools, specially if you dont intend to use it regularly which most wont.

Arrived the very next day. Great value for the DIYer. The removal tool with guide pin fit perfect. Worked on my Shimano Tiagra 10 speed cassette with no problem. You can spend a lot more on a chain-whip if you want, but for someone like me who only needs one once or twice a year this works fine. Anyway as a combo set the chain-whip ends up costing just a couple bucks extra. As others have recommended, use a breaker bar on the removal tool and a rag or gloves on chain-whip to remove. Be sure to keep everything straight. When reinstalling be sure to use a torque wrench. The torque amount is usually printed right on the lock ring. I have purchased other Oumers products and have never been disappointed.

If you are only going to use it once in a while, it is perfect, price is good, compared to the big brands, still did the job and is going to sit in my toolbox in case is needed.

Super Werkzeug.

This worked well and is plenty strong enough for the job. I changed a bike cassette for the first time, took off the old cassette off my Trek easily using a 17 mm box wrench. I put on the new one very tightly and also forgot to put antiseize on the threads. So I decided to take off the new cassette and put on antiseize so I won't have real problems when I do need to change the caseete again. It was on way too tight! Luckily, I was able to use a 24 inch long breaker bar with a 1/2 inch socket head on the sprocket remover for extra torque. Got the job done after a few minutes, reinstalled the new cassette with the antiseize and didn't tighten so much. Everything works well. Good tools for a very reasonable price.
