Pilot Iroshizuku Kosumosu is one of my favorite pink inks…it’s a true, bright Barbie pink that is extremely legible in writing. I’m so sad Pilot has discontinued it but I’m glad I was able to stock up on a big bottle!!

It's a gorgeous and legible pink. Ink itself is nice and wet, flows wonderfully with a stub nib. Even has a little bit of shading.

The bottle cap was partly unscrewed, and about 1/4 of the ink had leaked out. The box is ruined. So I guess that's what I get for choosing the less expensive option.

I love it. So much so that I ordered a 2nd bottle. It’s actually being discontinued & I’m pleased to know that I snagged at least 2. Who knows how long they’ll last me but I hope long enough until I discover a new pink I love. I don’t think anything will come close to the quality of Iroshizuku inks though. It flows wonderfully, dries quickly & is a great price here on Amazon. Added to a wet writing fountain pen & it’s a juicy beauty laying down on paper. If you dig pinks & haven’t already, try this!!

This is gorgeous ink. It is not pale nor is it loud...simply a lovely pink ink. I love writing in this shade! I would recommend this ink to everyone.

I have purchased many fine fountain pen inks in the past. But I must admit, I'm partial to the reds/purples. Last year, I purchased the Iroshizuku Kosumosu and was please to find this lovely pink. The ink works really well in all my pens. I find it works better in my Fine nib pens. The medium nib pens seems to flow too well, thus appearing to make the medium into a broad. I don't know why that is.I liked it so well that I purchased their Murasaki-shikibu (a royal purple-deep and lovely) and (gasp) Ama-iro (Sky blue). This is my second bottle of the Kosumou. I use the pink, alot.

The 26 Pilot Iroshizuku inks are an insane - and yet supremely affordable - luxury that will bring you pleasure every time you use them. For me, the use of a fountain is a profoundly irrational and highly pleasing act. Except for very specific strokes in calligraphy, modern ball point pens and rollerballs provide a reliable, mess-free, waterproof writing experience that is perfectly functional and technically superior to a fountain pen. However, the most important parts of life have almost nothing to do with "technical superiority."The goal of writing is "connection" and surely the act itself should be pleasurable. A fountain pen (I prefer the Pilot capless Fermo) gliding over a smooth paper is wonderfully self-indulgent and brings out the most irrational and creative side to you. If you are writing for business, the gray, blue, and black Iroshizuku inks all are suitable conservative and yet beautifully packaged and linked to an amazing tradition of writing in Japan. If you are note taking, idea journaling, or writing for pleasure, there are many inspiring colors in the Iroshizuku ("color drop") line. In combination with an ink syringe, it is only a little effort to change out the colors of ink in one or three pens. This shade - Kosumosu ("Cosmos") is a beautiful, lighter shade of red.
