I love the layout of the screen. I ordered this to use around my home. I recently replaced my water heater myself and was able to confirm I didn't have any gas leaks with this meter. I passed the inspection with flying colors. This gas detector is awesome! It's sensitive and easy to use.

Pretty expensive but this is a great detector. It is really easy to use - make sure charged, turn on, attach to your person and you are rocking. I like all the different gases it monitors for safety. This is perfect for explorers, miners, spelunkers/cave explorers, campers, etc. I love the case it comes in - very sturdy & secure. Pretty good instructions. I like the accessories to help you attach the detector to your person, so you don't have to carry it. I have no complaints - it's seems well made, easy to use, makes me feel safe, not too large or heavy and just works great! I highly recommend!

Interesting item. I was curious to see how efficient and how accurate it actually was The unit does detect multiple types of gas, including SO 2 EX oxygen, and something. else. although it does take a moment for the gas to register. and does not seem to be efficient. Enough to use as anything besides say. A passive monitor.

This is a well designed gas detector. The case is made out of aluminum and has a solid feel to it. Even though this is manufactured by a Chinese company, the manual is well written with proper grammar.This gas detector detects four different types of gases and it comes fully calibrated out of the box. It does have a function to zero out values and also re-calibration if necessary. This is a very sensitive device for professionals.

This seems to work well and the numbers are on par with my much more expensive unit. It is a great back up or handy to keep in my truck to make sure I've always got one on me.

I’ve been testing this gas detector alongside more expensive units and found that it provides comparable readings most of the time. However, it’s not consistently accurate enough for high-stakes work environments. It’s compact, easy to use, and the alerts are helpful, but for professional-grade reliability, it’s best paired with a higher-end model. Ideal for educational purposes or personal use, but less so for life-critical applications.

We’re doing some remodeling and as someone who has anxiety around gas exposure, this is a nifty little tool to have on hand. I get very nervous about sewer gas, carbon monoxide, explosive gas and pretty much any gas that can cause death if not monitored properly, so this tool has given some peace of mind.I’m able to monitor/detect potential sources of gas, etc., and deal with any issues. Fortunately, so far I haven’t found any leaks/issues. It comes with a sturdy storage case, which protects it when storing/in transit. Overall, it is relatively simple to use, and assuming that I have no leaks currently, it appears to be accurate. I also like the multiple notification options it has, from vibration to sound, etc., so even if you’re hard of hearing or deaf, it can still notify you accurately and quickly.I do think that it is a little pricey, but it does appear to be a quality device, and I do recommend if you’re someone who likes to be extra-safe.
