I bought this cooktop for a blind friend who I am teaching cooking skills. The fact that it has a knob helps a lot. When it powers on it defaults to P6 and each detent when turning the knob moves the power up or down one level. I gave him a cooking lesson today using it, and with the addition of a few adhesive dots to indicate for him where the buttons are, he is able to use it the same as I do. I also put adhesive dots on either side to indicate where to center the pot.I have used many different induction cooktops and the controls on this one are the most straight forward and among the best.

Would have just given it four stars.But the skillet, and roaster pot were to great a deal. Controls need to be reset after clock runs out.(that’s normal)But buttons are on the side. One for pots one for the skillet or roaster. (NO) my no line bi focals??!! Sturdy and well built 6 stars!!

Used every thing it came with. cools so even and nice. Very happy with it. Easy clean up as well. Lid seems a bit lower quality but works.

I got this to use in an rv I have in order but wanted to give it a try. I have used it several times and really like it. It heats up very quickly, and it is easy to clean. I threw a steak on it when it was raining out and I didn’t feel like firing up the grill. It was light years more convenient than broiling it or even using my Le Creuset grill pan, which I love. If you turn it up all the way and put the lid on you can get a nice sear on the meat and even good crosshatch marks. If you don’t want to heat up or smoke up your house. (RV), you can plug it in outside and do it there. That’s what I did next to my grill. I am anxious to try the pot to make hot pot with my daughter, which was my original reason for buying it. The only minor complaint is that the bottom of the pot bows slightly in the center so the oil or whatever liquid you have in there pools around the edges. Also I would have liked a flat griddle option, maybe on the flip side of the grill pan. Most others do have that. I’m surprised this one does not. I would also like to see them offer some optional accessories such as a divided pit for hot pot, the griddle as above, or maybe a steamer insert. None of these are deal busters though, I would buy it again for convenience and versatility.

Light weight, cookware is non stick cast aluminum, not cast iron. Test cooking was good. Can heat up.

It worked great at first but after only 2.5 months it’s starting to fail and take significantly longer to warm up.

This is best cooking object I own. I love all its quality. Easy clean, nice size, auto shut off, lightweight, not cast iron. Great temperature range. The outside of pot doesn't cook as well as inside but just move food accordingly.

I wanted to like this but when the handle on the lid melted off! It made cautious of the other materials and their quality.The induction plate was easy to use however it is an uneven heat so again I feel for the price of this set this is unexceptionable quality made with substandard materials… very disappointing

I have a family of 5 and it works for us . I have cooked fajitas in it. Potato soup it works really good and stays hot. Very good product.

This product was well worth the cost.I purchased it to use while ice fishing (using a generator for power) and camping.- I loved the idea that it had all the cooking accessories and takes up very little room.- it is so convenient and cooking accessories are non stick and a breeze to cleanSo far I have used it almost every day in my home.Great gift ideaDefinitely worth it
