Very good for working on Saxophone and Clarinet reeds. It's not the intended use, but it works anyway. It's cheaper than the $90 Reed Geek alternative

I modified the tips of these tool bits after they arrived, but they keep their edges when used for woodturning. I used them to make a quick-change woodturning chisel which I had been wanting for years.

Good hss, its hard and works great for flycutting. I previously bought some hss that couldn't hold up to cutting mild steel but this stuff works great.
