Good size, perfect built in bait bag, easy access for emptying, actually traps and holds fish, working well for smaller fish in pond. Great buy.

Es lo que esperaba, buen producto pero un poco fragil para usar en el mar

Very well made and useful bait trap. Helps me on my fishing trips. I bring it everytime. Women want me, fish fear me.

Not well made in terms of long term quality but awesome for trapping bait and easy to store. Not expensive so you're getting what you pay for. I used to rod and reel bait fish for my bait. Not anymore. Bait, set and go on my way!If setting around rocks or submerged trees these will hang up or tear.

I took this to Cachuma, Hemet, Perris and Big Bear. I was skunked at the the first 3 lakes and I thought this was another product that didn't work but I was wrong. Was able to catch pretty large signal crayfish at Big Bear and several small fish. I'm pretty impressed by how large of a crayfish was able to make its way inside the trap. The small netting kept the bait inside unlike the other small minnow trap I also bought. I think I will try and buy another trap. I also like that I was able to collapse this trap and stick it inside a plastic bag without it being so bulky.

Parece pequeño pero resultó util para atrapar a unos 4-5 cangrejos por la orilla del mar.Recomendado para pescadores amateur, facil de montar... Solo asegurense de amarrar otra cuerda mas larga porque la que tiene se queda corta.

I purchased 3 traps and had them out for a week. I caught some cool animals: musk turtles, small sunfish, and a young catfish. However, 2/3 of the traps were torn apart to the point where they are unusable by the end of the week. One had several holes torn in it by some animal and the bait bag completely ripped apart (I suspect a raccoon) and the other broke at the seams to the bait bag, allowing anything caught to escape. The traps are made out of plastic rope that is not sturdy enough to withstand many animals. When using these traps I would recommend floating a bottle with holes cut in it inside the trap to hold the bait, as it will prevent animals from tearing apart your bait bag.

The trap works well, but the cord it comes with is too short if you're fishing in deeper waters.

Great trap but be careful if it gets stuck under a sunken log it is mesh so it may rip, work great though at preventing escapees impossible to get out of for crayfish I caught about 100 in a few hours with some smoked salmon scraps

This is a terrific trap: easy to set up and easy to fold and store! We bought it to even out the fish population in our ponds, using their regular feed pellets as bait. One thing to note: when you set the trap into slow moving or still water (this may also be true for creeks: I don't know), set it so that the bait bag is on the bottom, not the top. When the bait's on the top, the fish will be drawn to the scent but are much more likely to just hover around the top than to swim in. If the bait's on the bottom, it works much better. We caught 13 of our golden orfes just leaving the trap for about 3/4 of an hour on our first try, and they were easy to move into their new home and minimally shocked.
