This small mesh was just what we needed to repair a wire bird feeder the squirrels had damaged. Now we are no longer loosing bird seed from the large holes created by the squirrels. We needed only this small amount to do the job.

Ich nutze die Gitter um den Spalt an der Aquarium Abdeckung zu überbrücken. So brauche ich keine sorge haben, dass meine Fische aus dem Aquarium springen. Lässt sich gut verarbeiten, eine normale Küchenschere reicht vollkommen aus. Nur die Ränder sind an manchen Bögen ausgefranst. Für den Preis aber total in Ordnung.

I purchased this to cover the openings to my fireplace vent where birds were attempting to build a nest. The wire is easy to cut and bend into the shape you need. I will say it does come unwoven if you cut too close to the end of a line though.

I needed to replace some galvanized steel mesh that the HVAC installer used as a screen for the exhaust pipe during the installation of the furnace. The galvanized mesh held up for approximately 6.5 years but was rusting away and needed to be replaced to prevent rodents and birds from nesting inside the pipe. Glad I found this product because it wasn't too expensive and should be a superior replacement because it's stainless steel.The mesh was formed into the needed shape by cutting out a 3.5" hole from a 2x6 piece of lumber, placing 1 sheet of mesh over the hole of the 2x6, putting the wood plug from the hole on top of the mesh, and tapping the wood plug through the hole. It fit perfectly over the PVC exhaust pipe and a stainless steel hose clamp was used to keep it in place. I also used a pair of 9" snips to (easily) cut the excess mesh.A few individual wires in the mesh deformed a bit while I was tapping the wood plug through the 2x6 but that isn't preventing the mesh from doing the job as intended. Wish that the tensile strength was slightly higher but that would likely cause the price to increase. Time will tell how well it holds up to furnace exhaust and Michigan weather.

I like the mesh wire quality and joints. However it shared a shipping package with heavier items and one edge of wire mesh broke free and was distorted by weight of heavier items. I'll either have to cut off 3/4" from an edge, or try to reweave wire and solder it.
