These are excellent for anything inside the cab that is perfectly clean and not corroded. For dirty fittings and lines larger than 3/8 the handles are way too short and it has trouble gripping the line enough to push in the collar. Some penetrating oil and a wire brush to clean the fitting helps tremendously. Ultimately I still wind up using the crescent wrench method to release the larger lines but this is a nice addition to my tool box.

Great kit for dealing with quick connect fittings has multiple different sizes to work with. Ever get annoyed when a quick connect air fitting is leaking and you have to cut the air line back after making sure you had enough line to replace the fitting? Look no further than these pliers these will not only save you time but also effort in repairing the air system. Works great in the cold elements as well

Being a diesel mechanic, you will encounter alot of air lines, and you have to a push push and pull mechanism to get airline's out out of fittings, soon these jokers came I took them to work with me and tested them out on two different sized air lines and they worked out super smooth, they get in Tight spots and places. I'm happy with this here purchase

If you work on vehicles with air brakes these will save you a lot of frustration fighting air lines. Like other reviewers said sometimes these wont work on the first try. If the end doesn't grip then add some pressure where it clamps down with your fingers on your free hand. If the quick disconnect rings don't move then use some pliers to work them back and forth to free them up. It's still way better than trying to get lines out with a wrench.
