Having roasted a turkey in an old roasting rack for Thanksgiving we decided that it was time for a new and better one for XMas. And, while we haven't yet actually put anything in it, and likely won't for at least a couple of week, I can say that this roasting rack seems to me to be a quality item that should hold up over the long term. I wish I could say the same about the delivery.One thing to note, I always comment on the delivery which, 99.99% of the time, is great. And I did that this time but based on the on time delivery and package placement, and, of course, the appearance of the box which, in this case, was pristine. But moving forward, I will have to actually open the box in the future.Because while the cardboard Amazon box had not a bump on it, the box from the seller containing the actual roasting pan was smooshed. In other words, somebody at the distribution center took a damaged box, put it in a cardboard box, and sent it to me.To be clear, the roasting pan itself was not damaged and it seems like an excellent piece of cooking equipment. But my point is that had I looked in the Amazon box prior to offering my opinion of the delivery, my evaluation would have not been positive. Again, I have an issue with the delivery, not the product, and my rating relates to the delivery, and not the product, and I expect that 3 stars will get somebody's attention.

Came in dented and in a horrible box. External box was ok with no damage.Sadly I need it for a roast and have no other options so I'll use it but... yea. Not great

This pan was big enough for a 20lb turkey. I ordered this pan because the rack handles are on the sides not the end. Going to roast a 10Lb prime rib for Christmas. Would definitely buy again
