Like it. Previously owned Sena 20 evo, now discovered this product and I like having 2 in 1 possibility.Sound quality is good, mounts are handy, video quality also nice and clear.The only one thing I like Sena 20 evo more than 10C evo is that each time you disconnect the module you need to disconnect the wires. On Sena 20 evo it was done with pin's in mount and charging was easier thanks to it.

I've been using the Sena 10S intercom system for 8 years and just recently decided to add the camera option to my ride. The 10C was an perfect upgrade for me. I did a lot of initial research on it to learn about any tips and tricks for maximizing success with it. The install in my modular helmet was pretty easy. Everything needed for install, comes in the box. However, you will need to provide and install a memory card in the unit. Max size is 32gb. Should be formatted during the initial set up process mentioned below...Yes, there are reviews that say it can be frustrating to get started using. You definitely need to have patience and technical troubleshooting skills. You need to use a desktop or laptop computer to get it initially updated and started. Then you can pair it up with the 2 required phone apps - Sena Camera and Sena Motorcycles.Pairing with other com units is pretty easy. Make sure you're not trying to pair with something that doesn't have the option to pair with other units. Once paired with another unit you're set. It will remember that unit, until you delete it from or replace it with another unit in your paired unit list on the Sena Motorcycle app.The photos and videos are really good quality. The field of view in the capture is pretty large too. Plenty of cropping space. Use the camera angle adjustment (grey tab by the lens) to get the best image coverage and minimize your helmet showing on each photo. It takes using it a few times to figure out timing on the camera button & for how long to take a photo verses video. It's auto shut off for the camera after a few minutes of non use. So you need to press the button to turn the camera back on, before you can take a photo. That few second start up delay can be the difference between getting the shot or riding past without the camera waking up in time. Take the time to work on your button use coordination. The battery gets run down faster, the more you use the camera. You can use a charging cord on it while you are riding and using it. I can use a portable battery pack from my jacket pocket or I can run from the power hub on the bike.When you're downloading the photos from the helmet to your device through the Sena Camera app, be patient. Turn your Bluetooth on, open the camera app and follow the screen instructions. Sometimes the connection takes a couple power off and on cycles to get a complete image display. All images stay on the card, until you delete them or you can swith out the memory card. The more images in the memory, the longer it takes to display. I've found, it's best for me to download to my phone storage card and clear the camera card for my next use.I also purchased the separately sold handlebar remote for this unit. I connect the device to my iPhone and use the camera when ever I am out riding and as long as I am only gone a few hours the device works perfectly but beyond that the battery 🪫 runs down. Maybe I need to adjust the video settings or something?

I bought this wanting to get an entry level camera to go onto my helmet that would not be huge and bulky like a GoPro. I found this item. It has allowed me to keep the features I am used to (Listening to music & Group Chat) and allow me to now record all my rides. Batter life I have found is about 2 hours (@ 1080p video). I am a little disappointed in that as I normally do rides that are 2 hours one way. However, I will manage as this didn't break the bank. Video quality is good. Noise cancellation is amazing. My fiancée and I both have loud cruisers and this keep it all to a minimal sound. Allowing us to have conversations and have those conversations recorded. I would recommend for sure.

Bad point first! Installing item is a nightmare of a bitch! You will need to download x3 apps to get the best out of this product, instructions are frustrating as hell! And time consuming so be prepared to do this part a day before wanting to use them!Once you have communication between phone and headset it’s a good quality device! Easy instal to helmet you get x2 helmet holders (these could be better if they sat further out from helmet so camera doesn’t loose so much of the right side of frame! Sena please take note!) x2 microphones but only x1 set of ear phones & x1 leads to connect to unit! Which is a bummer if like myself you use more than one helmet! X1 for off roading and x1 normal everyday riding! For the price of these units an extra set of earbuds & leads could have been included in package.The unit looks very smart and easy to operate once in place while riding, functions of unit very good, telephone conversation really clear, music gives supremely good quality, personal I’ve had difficulty with camera & it shutting down a few minutes after starting! & I’ve not been able to connect any amount of time to a friend who has a different sena unit yet! I’m guessing this may be something I’ve not done correctly or installed correctly! If you are technically minded then you will be ok with this unit, I’m not so well minded and find unit frustrating at times but with a little practice and effort I’m sure I will put right my issues. On the whole this is a grate unit video really good on play back and sound while on phone crystal probably the best I’ve experienced in a head set yet! Most will find this easy to install and use however some like myself will struggle with installation/communication aspects of unit, it certainly a very good unit so perseverance key when starting off with this unit. After dealing with two returns of this product because it just doesn't work right I have given up on it. I had an older version. The 10C which I was replacing because I got into a motorcycle accident and it got damaged. I figured that the upgrade should be pretty seamless and smooth. However, the video recording would simply not work most of the time and it would tell me that the battery was low even when the battery was over 60%. When it did decide to work the video quality was really good and I was pleased with it. But I need something that will work consistently. Not when it decides to. Would not recommend purchasing this if you are going to use it for recording video. The sound quality was pretty decent, although the volume is noticeably lower than it was on the previous generation, which I found to be a little annoying. It hurts to say it because I really liked the original version, but after all the trouble I've had with this one, I will probably be going with cardo next time.

I will preface with the fact that I had the Sena 10CPro before ordering this model. I decided to sell it and get a GoPro Black 6 instead and then put a Sena 20s on my helmet. After having to fiddle with two separate items at a time, and attaching mounts here and there on my bike...in the end go rid of all of it I ordered the 10C Evo. The Go Pro was great...but I wasn't needing action video per say and felt like I was spending a lot of time with it. All in all...just get the unit and save yourself a lot of switching around lol.So here it is...Pros -- User friendly for sure!- If you are wanting pictures and video for yourself and friends this unit does more than enough to meet those needs. The video quality is great and picture quality also- Convenience of having everything I needed in one unit- Lots of mount option for different helmets- Easy to use i.e. bluetooth connections, intercom, app- Low profile- Essentially getting com and camera system for the cost of one- Accepts larger sd card- All day music and communicationCons:- Battery life when recording. Not a huge problem, as I keep a slim battery pack in my pocket to charge the unit while riding.

This is my 2nd Sent 10C. It seems to be a bit heavier than my old one, however the ability to adjust the headset for the camera shot is very good! I like that it auto shuts off if not in use, so it doesn't drain the intercom battery. The sound quality is not as good ( a little more tinny) that the straight Sena 20, but you get used to it. Overall glad to have this newer camera system.
