I don’t have a file drawer in my desk and this works perfectly. It is nice looking and inconspicuous sitting on top of my black desk

I didn’t take a photo of the bottom, but I like the fact that it has four round soft pads to avoid scratching your desk/table. It is nice, sturdy, and came just as advertised.

I finally got rid of our filing cabinet after purging years old paperwork. Two of these hold all we need and they fit perfectly in a cabinet. The handle openings on the sides makes it easy to remove from the cabinet, set on my lap and find what I need.
