I own the mini version of these pliers and love them so much that I decided to get this larger version to use on brake jobs. They are the perfect size for that task in my opinion and once clamped on they remain secured and of course they release just as smoothly every time. Definitely feels and performs like a professional grade set of pliers...

It does work for what I want, I work for a beverage company and these pinch-offs don't shut-off the tubing I use ,no matter how tight I make them

These pliers are so simple, they don't seem they could actually work.But work they do. Much easier than competing brands, does the job as simply as you can imagine, and very high quality as well. Highly recommended.Be aware that to release these pliers, you simply pull them apart. That won't seem correct the first time you use them, but it's the way you use them.

I have grown tired of buying cheap "one-shot-deal" tools that crap out before the one-shot is done. Over and over again you buy a tool in a pinch at the local auto parts store and it's junk straight out of the box. This SK tool is very well made and of high quality. It's made in USA and it shines through when clamping down on a hose. It holds its grip very well without loosening in a hot engine compartment. Highly recommended. The price on Amazon is very good.Update:Used this tool on a fuel pump issue I had - it worked great.

Package arrived within estimated delivery date, packaging good, nothing missing. I've used SK tools a lot throughout my career, and they are known for making pretty good tools. I ordered these because I was looking for a tool that would aid me in replacing coolant hose valves - and they work great! They're comfortable in your hand, easy to use, and very durable. I bought two and I doubt I'll ever need to buy replacements. Seriously, very good tools.
