I plugged it up. When a device is powered up, that is plugged to it. The light blinks from red to blue but stays red. And nothing happens to the t. V.

Wanted to play one of my PlayStation games while I ride my exercise bike (I get bored too easily otherwise, this way I blink and get 10+ miles in) but my bike is in the room next to mine. I put a hole through the drywall to run an HDMI cable from this splitter and into another wall mounted tv, and voila! Perfect quality picture, just glad my PlayStation controller still connects from the other room. Worked out perfectly, very happy with it.
