So the product looks cool but it is not sound proofing. I got a loud neighbor and I needed silent so I can go to sleep so I bought a bunch and honestly it didn’t do a thing. I wouldn’t buy this if you need to sound proof.

I like the product appearance and price. My office is in the basement of an office bldg and I used them on the ceiling to cut down on noise. The next day when I came into my office 95% of the tiles had fallen off. Not sticky enough to hold. I had to get doubled sided tape and hope they stay up. I did not see anything recommending not to use on a ceiling. I purchased 7 boxes.

the tiles are coming off the wall, the self adhesive is not strong enough to hold them in place ,I am really disappointed .

Very effective product … have used it twice in projects to dampen echos in an office and control noise in an A/C closet. Easy to use and value for the money.

The panels were so easy to put up. After washing the wall the previous day, I put up 5 packs in an hour. I'm getting another 2 packs to continue further because they look great and the sound from the room next to this one has really been muffled well. They stick to the wall perfectly and securely. I'm so happy with them!

TLDR: Use these in spaces where you want to "take the edge" off of loud noises but don't expect it to stop the neighbors TV/Music.Using an SPL meter I notice roughly 5db drop without perfect seals. Its not as much as the advertised 25db but considering the soft foam usually sold doesn't even do 3db this is actually a useful title for soundproofing. I cut one open and these do not appear to have the mass loaded vinyl of other similar tiles by this company. (which is probably why they were on sale). I would love to see a thicker version with mass loaded vinyl in it.
