I'm always on the look out for new ways to present my cuisine and this set didn't disappoint. The cast iron hold the heat moderately and it when brought to the table your food sizzles which just adds to the experience.

These sets are extremely high quality and practical. The design was well thought out and is ready to go to use without any preparation on your part. I am so impressed! I definitely recommend this seller. I would buy again but the quality is such that I am sure this set will last a lifetime.

This is a one or two person portion searing pan set with a nice wood plate, cast iron searing plate, padded handle cover, and two ceramic sauce bowls. The set is impressive looking and durable and comes with a cook book. I would give this a 5 star, but because the recipe book says it has fajita recipes and not one could be found in the book, I cannot consciously give it a perfect score. Fajitas are pretty easy to make, and perhaps this type of pan set is more appreciated by those who already know a little about cooking a restaurant style meal. Youtube can show you more about how to pre-heat the pan in the oven before serving to guests so that you get the sizzle sound. Overall, the quality is most impressive and I recommend this product.

This fajita pan actually has a few different uses, which I'll admit I had no idea about. But it comes with a small cookbook to show you different ways you can use it. However, I'm just using mine for basic fajitas, and it works great for that! Basically, I cook my fajita meat and veggies on my Blackstone while I have the fajita pan right on the cooktop to make that nice, hot sizzle. The little "pot holder" that goes on the handle actually works surprisingly well. I wouldn't attempt to hold the pan for a long time, but it keeps your fingers safe if you accidentally grab the handle. If you have a Blackstone and love fajitas, you need this!

All good, warms up even, easy to clean dip plates a great add- main reason a took a chance and useful receipt book. only would improve packaging my wood pice has some small battle marks from shipping but hardly noticeable.

Really like it,it’s preseasoned so ready to go immediately.Also comes with a recipe book and a hot handle.Everything is great and it makes a great fajita plate just keep in mind that if you want to feed more than 1-2 people you need more than one pan.This is big enough for me and husband but again a little bit larger would have been perfect.Like that it comes with those little dishes for salsa or sour cream etc.Very cute overall

We are taco Tuesday & tortilla lovers! We haven't used this as yet, it's already seasoned & is a solid cast iron pan with sauce cups that are adoreable? It's a bit smaller than pictured. We're super excited to try the recipes. I will post more pics very soon. This is a diffetent idea & would be a welcomed gift!

Every single time we go to our favorite local restaurant, we always talk about wanting a fajita plate. This one is awesome! It's larger than restaurant ones, and I love that it comes with two little bowls! It's hefty, and now we make our fajita nights at home (saving money - yay!)
