Arrived intact. Taste is perfectly balanced. Intoxicating fragrance. I needed a spicy tea to hide the slight flavor of my daily collagen powder supplement. I can hide it in my smoothies during the summer, but during the colder months, I have switched to this super flavorful tea blend. I add a splash of sugar free vanilla syrup to sweeten it up a bit and it's delightful.

Twinings is a brand that you can trust in teas. The chai is not too strong and has the perfect amount of spices. It also helps that it comes in decaf for people that have sleeping problems.
