I waited to write my review on this headset. Overall, connection and sound quality is good. I have been using this headset for about a year.After a year, the point where the headset swivels broke. It is now only being connected by the wires at that contact point. Not sure how much longer it will work before the wires break.

The pairing to the laptop was pretty easy. It is packaged well. I do not find it sits securely around my ear. Sitting at a laptop with it is okay but if I had to move, I'd worry about it falling off.The volume is low! This is turned up as much as possible and the speakers are speaking fully, but the volume just doesn't go up enough. They say they can hear well, so it seems the microphone works well. The price was decent, but maybe there is another product that fits better and has greater volume.

I use it for work, and it works.But I do get clients sometime telling me they can't hear me.I work in a quiet (like dead quiet) office space. The Mic just isn't sensitive enough to pick up my audio unless either I raise my voice or cup my hands with the mic.In consistency in terms of MICbut audio otherwise is good, no breaks or skips.Bluetooth connect is solid, ONCE it connects, but sometimes it takes a while to connect with the USB receiver.Over all headset for functionality and use 3.5-4 Stars out of 5.Definitely not meant for anything super professional (office meetings) or competitive (like gaming).It works well with Day to Day usage.Battery life is around 8-10 hours. Although I do plug it in to charge during my work breaks.Note: Do not charge with something with high Volts or Amps. Basic 5v 1A up to 2A is fine, the device seems sensitive otherwise.

Perfect for my work from home setup to connect either to my phone or to my laptop when using Teams/Zoom. Solid audio quality, fits comfortably, and the microphone does a good job of blocking out background noise from my kids and dog. Battery life is superb. Great value at this price point

This was great for a few months. The 1st one I bought was fantastic because I went from a wired headset to this. It worked great and I set it down one day on my desk and didnt realize it was there. I put some things on top of it and the weldment between the ear piece and the wired connection broke. I figured my fault for setting a few things on top of it and maybe it broke because it was setting in an awkward way... so I purchased another one.fast forward a few months ahead and now this new one broke in the exact same spot. Nothing was set on top of it or near or in any awkward way. It just broke from normal use of taking the ear piece on and off. For the price i would expect these to last a LOT longer then they do

Tge head set itself works on right or left side, explained in the provided instructionsTakes a bit to be competent on the volume and mute buttons.The provided dongle works amazing well, connected quickly, no muss or fuss. Sound is clear and the range is great.
