I always keep this in my stock. I love the way it turns a woodgrain into an exciting piece of work that shows every grain and knot hole. Once this is on all I have to do is wipe with a cloth to dust. I use both interior and exterior depending on the project. I still have coffee table that I refinished 50 yrs ago and has held up with children and grandchildren. Still looks like new with a gentle wipe. I love this stuff.

The size of this product is deceptive. Do not buy and it’s not returnable so I am definitely ripped off.

I've done several finishing project over the years, mostly on new unfinished furniture, and I just never had much trouble with varnish--follow the basic rules and you'll be fine. You know, like don't put it on too heavy, watch what you're doing, let it dry completely between coats and sanding, etc. The basic "don't do anything stupid and no one will get hurt" routine. However, this varnish seemed kind of tricky. My temperature, humidity, and dust conditions were ideal. The instructions say not to thin it, but I had to. Even if you work fast, without thinning it the brush or foam pad will start to drag, and you'll get nasty brush marks and other defects that you'll have to sand out. It seems like it sets up pretty fast. Once thinned, though, to at least 10%, it seemed to behave OK. It will slightly darken whatever you're working on and will impart a warm cast. It can look like you varnished your project with a light honey. You might like that; you might not. Gloss is pretty high for being specified as semi-gloss. Their gel stain is great. Nothing special doesn’t seem to work that great or protect that well as far as coverage goes, but I suppose it does, the job doesn’t do much for water protection however, it is fairly shiny

Exactly what I was wanting as a top coat on my hard wood flooring, this is a small can, so you must take in to consideration the amount of floor it will cover, if that is your purpose also, I was doing a touch up job, so not an entire room. Smooth and fresh polyurethane coverage. Semi-gloss finish still has a little shine once dried. I'm satisfied with product.

Was out at box stores where I live so bought here…….half the price at box stores so if you can get this there, save money. Product works great, applied with brush in hot day so it dragged a bit, lesson learned….re did on cool morning and it worked great
