This is incredible for a full body workout especially if you are short on time but want to get in a good workout! Very easy to use, quick to set up and the remote works with ease! The settings are easy to work through and set to any workout or intensity that you would like. This is great for sore muscles, muscles that need working out as well as to help get into shape and possibly lose weight. This is wonderful to incorporate into a workout as well to take your workout to the next level! The overall piece is fairly heavy and built extremely well. Great for daily use and holds up with no problem! Unbeatable value and a great addition to any home gym or single piece!

I had no idea what to expect from a vibration plate. I had read a bit about them, but this was my first foray into using one. This vibration plate feels like it is sturdy, it has a 330 lb weight limit which seems pretty adequate. It has two hooks on the bottom so you can use the included resistance bands. I have used it on a hard floor and a carpet and it works well on both. There are some suction type feet on the bottom to prevent it from sliding on a smooth floor. This unit even comes with a remote. I like how it feels when using it. I generally just stand on it for a ten minute or so period of time, and it makes my feet and legs feel refreshed. It has some preset settings or you can manually set it. I normally just use the presets. If you prefer, you can also sit in a chair and just put your feel on it, but it seems like you get more benefit by standing on it. There are a lot of other exercises that are possible like planks, squats, or even sitting on it. I feel like this is a good option for an entry level vibration plate if you are interested in seeing if the potential benefits are for you.

My wife from time to time suffers from sciatica pain. When I told her I got this she thought it was a bit crazy even though she loves to work out and try new gym equipment. This is a special type of device that we had not really encountered before but now that we've had it it's really awesome. First it's very well made even though it isn't very large. She had no trouble standing on it and using the vibrating function which she said felt really good. The included bands also make it useful as a workout station. I like to personally use it when I relax after a long day on my feet. It plugs in and is not very loud and also our cat even likes getting on top of it. I imagine if I had a newborn baby I'd put them in a car seat and set it on top of the vibrator like I used to do with my kid on the washing machine. My wife says that her pain relief is at an optimal Point using this and it's so easy to use it it makes me happy to suggest this. If you're looking for relief of pain ease of use and functionality then this is a model to get for sure.
