I really love this machine! My back pain has gone away and I feel better overall. Sometimes I use it 2x a day usually for 10 min each time although I will use different programs. It has many programs to choose from. The seller was also very responsive and helpful with questions I had. Highly recommended this product and seller. P

I absolutely love this product. I'm overweight and it holds up really well, with my husband and I using it daily. It definitely shakes your whole body like it's suppose to. It helps with my balance as well. I definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I've been using a vibration board at my physical therapist's office but now I can use it more frequently at home. This unit has some great features. I really like the acupressure points for the feet (something I was initially unsure about). The instructions are confusing though and don't seem to match the unit (updated perhaps?). The instructions say the programs settings are P1 - P5 but the unit screen shows 00, 02, 05, 12, 28 when the program buttons are pressed. Wish the owner's manual would be updated and downloadable. Using trial and error at this point.The remote works sometimes and sometimes not but the options are all available on the unit deck so just a minor inconvenience.

I'm a shake plate user. This isn't my first. It's certainly the most powerful I have.Very pleased with it.Shake plates aren't really marketed well.They are mind body awareness tools. Which leads to tighter skin. Better health. In all of the subtle unprovable 'mind body awarness' ways, that mean that the stereotypical cultist is healthy with flawless skin, while skeptics tends to resemble an unhealthy, overweight bullfrogs.Active exercise on them isn't actually required, as far as I can tell. It's just promoted as a way to 'explain' why you'd want to get on one, because doing so otherwise sounds crazy.Bone/joint/whatever's provable. It does help with them. Helps tone you.But what I've also noticed, is that it's great for shifting activity levels. Like the 'I don't want to go to the gym' that's a lot of work feeling. Plop yourself on a shakeplate, with mild settings and at the end, jumping jacks don't sound so bad. So I highly recommend them to couch potato types, as a way to 'get going'. The energy shift feels good.That said, this guy's powerful. You don't need anywhere near the full power for that effect. The straps that come with it are sturdy, with good handfeel. Free rotating handles. The bands are just a cheap but cute additional item to remind you this is about fitness.

Arrived in a timely manner. I've been using it daily for at least 10 minutes to hopefully help alleviate muscle/ joint soreness and fatigue post workouts. Not sure it aids with weight loss as claimed, but did not buy it for that anyways. There are multiple "levels"/ settings, but I am not sure I feel much of a difference amongst them.The instructions do not appear to match the machines "levels" as the booklet says "settings P1 - P5" but the screen on the machine says "00, 02, 05, 12, 28" which makes no sense. The clock/ timer works, so I hop on and set it for 10 or so.
