The quality is very solid! I thought it'll be made of cheap plastic but it's actually pretty solid and durable! The panning is very smooth and so is the tilt! I love it and the price is amazing!

clamp cannot open to 90 degree (vertical orientation) without a lot of force; could break/crack the clamp because the item is made mostly by plastic; for this reason, it is also very light (could be a nice feature for someone needs a light weight fluid head). Damping while panning in both direction is good.
