Product arrived as promised. Cheaper than many others out there. My fridge is a Maytag model #MFI2569YEM0. My fridge has been acting weird, the front controls were turning off and on. When pressing the ice button it would just stop. Finally fridge kept starting and then stopping when trying to run. I noticed the front display stopped working almost all together. Turns out this is a common problem with these and it is the main control panel in the back of the fridge. I ordered this one and got it installed and everything working in about 10 minutes after receiving the new board. I had to program it after installing it, they sent directions to help with the programming. I didn’t need to pay a core charge, and locally this board was almost $300. I would recommend and am happy with purchase.

Needed to replace the board for our fridge. Researched many options. This was very affordable and worked perfectly. Was simple to install and good quality. Highly recommend.

I found on YouTube the "flickery display screen" issue and beyond that, the unit was not operating. Replacing this board made the unit funcitonal again for me. The board setup process for my KitchenAid was different than described with the two optional processes included in the kit. YouTube your model for the setup procedure if the included instructions ask you to hold down buttons that your display screen doesn't have.

I couldn't get this control board to work until I finally found a helpful YouTube video that tweaked the included instructions ever so slightly. After installing the control board, plug in the fridge AND WAIT 5 MINUTES to give the board time to energize. This wait time was the difference maker. Next step is also slightly different for programming the buttons. Press and hold the Door Alarm Keypad button. Within 3 seconds, Press and hold the Freezer Temperature Down Keypad button. Release the Door Alarm button only. Continue holding the Freezer Temp button until the decimal point appears. You cannot program until the decimal point appears. If you there is no decimal point, start all over. Unplug fridge. WAIT 5 MINUTES, drink a glass of wine, and continue with steps. Good Luck.

Part replaced and reprogrammed in 20 minutes. However, watch as many YouTube videos as you can find to make this as easy as possible.

Frig wasn't working. Lights came on at first on front panel but then went out. Checked out info on youtube and different ones mentioned the main control board. Thought we'd try doing that instead of a huge repair bill or having to buy another frig. Received the panel fast. Popped it in and tried setting up the code. Instructions weren't any good for our frig. Couldn't figure out how to get code on. Went to youtube again and found good instructions on how to get the code on and get it running. It's working great! Cheap fix!

Recently returned home after being gone for 2 nights to discover my 9-year old Maytag fridge (MF12569YEM0) was not working.Compressor was not working. All lights on front panel were out, however entire board would light up when when touched, then immediately go out. When opening doors, lights would turn on inside fridge, so it was clear there was power.Thank you YouTube for numerous trouble shooting tips. Though I wasn't 100% on cause of issue, all indications led me to the main control board being the issue.Checking several sites, I found OEM boards averaging around $430, whereas this alternate board on Amazon was about $200 less. The fact this was offered Prime only sweetened the deal.Ordered Friday evening around 6:00pm with Sunday delivery scheduled. Thankfully, board was delivered about 4:30pm on Saturday!Quick swap of boards and short reprogram sequence had the fridge going in about 5 minutes.Though it was still pricey, the fact I was able to fix myself for around $230 was pretty satisfying, considering a service call replacement would likely have been around $600-$800 (I'm guessing).Very happy with seller and delivery. The only knock is the price. Yes, this was the best available option available. I think the other guys selling the OEM board for over $400 are ridiculous. I understand anytime you get a service board, you pay high prices, so this is not a knock against the seller, it's just reality.Overall, I'd recommend this seller for this board.
