My first thought upon pulling this tape gun out of the box was that it looks like a serious piece of industrial equipment. The roller, guide, and handle are all held on with stainless steel Phillips screws. The plastic parts are thick, durable, and appear to be able to withstand the rigors of day-to-day use. The unit is designed for use with a 3 inch packing tape roll, but can be used with a 2 inch in a pinch.The spool hub has a strong tensioner, which is adjusted by a hex bolt which doubles as the axle. The handle is comfortable and ergonomic with a textured palm swell and finger grooves for positive retention. On the subject of economics, the entire layout is set up at an angle that nicely balances tape application with the required angle for cutting.In conclusion, I would not use this for a big warehouse or other large scale operation, but I think it's great for more casual use like a small home business or anyone needing a comfortable and convenient way to dispense tape.

This arrived fairly quickly packaged well. Each tape gun was packaged in an individual box and they are BIG! Definitely can be used for commercial but for me in my home and my home office it is a bit of overkill so keep this in mind for storage etc. Probably more well suited in your garage, warehouse, etc.Quality itself seems solid. Have been using under constant use with no issues. If you have smaller hands, this might be cumbersome to use day in and day out (like for me)There is a bit of a learning curve in using it but once you get a handle on it and the proper angle you can be pretty effective with this.

It's a three pack! One for every room!Not really... One for the studio, one for the garage, and one to spare the next time someone says, "Hey, I wish I had a 3 inch tape gun" so I can be all Santa Claus.That probably won't happen. But. If it does... I'm here and ready.I have a wealth of 3" tape with scant amounts on the roll, but it's a pain to use with my previous 2" gun, so these came into play.They work exactly as expected - add tape, thread it through, and tape to everything. Perfect.

Not quite as heavy as the units we normally buy from majorpacking supply—but solid and holding up well. Good value!
