This spiral-top fitness notebook has an opaque white plastic cover with pages held together at the top of the notebook. The metal spirals are white. The notebook measures 5" x 8.5." There's a blank white page between the plastic cover and the first page. The pages past that start the fitness log. They're white with colorful boxes (pale green, yellow, light blue, peach, taupe, and gray. There are boxes for the date and the day of the week, as well as the workout name.Below that, there are 8 lines where you can list your type of exercise, the reps/weight, and check boxes for 6 sets. The next segment of lines are designed for cardio exercises. Here, you can list the exercise type (on 3 lines), the time spent/distance gone/and heart rate. Below that are boxes for the user's weight, body fat, calories, sleep. Last is a large box for "Notes" and illustrated glasses of water for you to mark each glass you drink per day.I'm using this just a little differently, as I'm starting exercising again following an injury. I'm using the top lines under "Exercise" type for 5 different types of exercise that I'm doing in a given week; two types of walks, ballet, exercise bike, and physical therapy. Really, you can customize this fitness log in many ways, according to what you do each day or week.It's clean, pretty, and easy to use and understand.

This is great because you are able to keep track of your workouts and fitness by documenting it and being proud of yourself for showing up each day. The paper and layout is very nice and easy to navigate and it's also very affordable and no problem to order more when needed. I sure plan to!

I like how detailed this log is, and I like that the front page is opaque so it's not obvious what it is. The color scheme is nice, and everything is pretty easy to read. I like being able to plan my workout and reflect on it, and having a dedicated journal/log for that is helpful for me. The only thing I'm not sure about is that it gives you a space for a workout name - I feel like that would be more applicable for a mobile app rather than a journal. I wish it were spiral bound up the side so it was more like a notebook, and the binding is too small to fit a pencil, and I like to keep pens/pencils in my logs and planners. That being said, it's a great value for the price and I've been finding this helpful in tracking my workouts!

I really like it, not difficult to use and gives me what I need. But noticed something and I thought I was tripping but among the Days of the Week.. Friday is missing!!! is this on purpose or a typo.

This fitness tracker is designed for tracking details of daily workouts— there is space for specific exercises and reps by set. You could also modify how you use the Fitness log to cover six workout sessions, given that there is space for six sets.In the cardio blocks, there is space for recording type of exercise, the amount of time, distance and heart rate, and there are three separate blocks for recording cardio.Finally, there are space for notes. Also glasses to track water consumption and an area to record weight, body fat, calories and sleep.The pad includes a laminated front cover, a thick cardboard backing for support and has 50 pages.I really like the pad and I also find that the paper is easy to write on. I do wish the format was a little bit different as I’m more interested in keeping a fitness log for a week at a time than doing individual days. But, all in all and especially for this price point, it’s a really nice fitness log for those who would like to do very detailed analysis of their workouts.

I think I'd love to see a weekly version of this, something that could be used on 3x/wk workouts. For a daily though this one can do 8 exercises x 6 sets, so it's versatile. has 2 cells to write reps and weight. This is an improvement over a regular steno pad, and simple enough to use. 3-4x/wk means 3-4 months of use, and it's inexpensive. I'd love if the other side was more useful, either the same workout log duplicated, or a different sort of tracker perhaps.not sure what the pastel colors are about but i like how the colors and boxes breaks the page up visually. Some parts are sort of smart, and some - like day of the week - aren't. Friday is missing, by the way - very strange.Until I find a better workout tracker on the phone, I'll keep this around and see if I actually use it.

Nice simple journal. No frills or anything extra, just a straightforward journal to track fitness goals. I find the journals with a lot of additional things overwhelm me and I end up not using those journals, so if that sounds like you then perhaps you too would benefit from a simple journal.
