I recently bought another pair of bolt cutters and they bent within the first week. Was back at it finding a new pair and I certainly did. Used this pair to cut the same piece of metal that bent the old pair and it cut it like butter. Grips could be better but that’s not the point of this tool.

These cutters work well with thinner metal. The length of the cutter is 14" so there isn't a lot of leverage to cut thicker metal objects like thick bolts and even cables. I use it for cutting 3/8 cables for a wire trellis and it worked fine though. Easier on the hands if you only have a small wire cutter.

This ZrgGea Bolt Cutter is a very good quality tool. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality. It's got a good grip and is easy to maneuver. It's good for cutting smaller bolts, like a quarter-inch or smaller. It's a great addition to the tool box. Very pleased.

This arrived from the vendor in a fairly flimsy cardboard box that was only folded shut but the tool did not fall out. The head of the tool was covered over with a plastic bag secured with a rubber band.These are well made sturdy medium duty bolt cutters. I was able to snip thru large nails & old rusty screws during a test. I’m sure they will come in handy over & over & sometimes grabbing an angle grinder to cut won’t work out away from a power outlet (we don’t have cordless angle grinders).I’d get it again.

These small bolt cutters are well made and have good leverage. Due to the smaller size of this tool, the jaws only open about 1/2 inch (see photos) so these work best for small diameter bolts. They are a great complement to my 3-foot bolt cutters. The handle grips slide on, and can slip/spin under pressure, but this shouldn’t be a problem for cutting small bolts. Nice tool overall.
