I used this to retrofit a brushed motor controller to a “power wheels” type of kids car. It runs the system beautifully. Has been in service for a little over 3 mos and the girls are putting it through its paces. Seems to be solid.

After double testing all my wiring, splice again all my wiring, the only thing left is the controller… It’s never feed more than 11V at 50%, even if the pedal send a signal of 3.959V and the voltage output drop to 5-6V after.DOA

I received the package. Finished the rest of my wiring and motor mounts. Eventually plugged in the controller, took it for a spin and it started popping. It sounded like arcing. I turned to head back to the house and it popped again and started lurching. I let off the throttle and it kept going forward so I turned off the the power by the switch and it stopped lurching forward.The controller was red hot.
