Your cart is empty.This 1-1/2 inch x 12-1/2 inch rectangle ruler features easy-to-read black and white markings printed in 1 inch grids marked in 1/8 and 1/4 inch increments. Use the easy-to-read numbers and 1/4 inch grip side to cut whole inches and trim seam allowances. The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied. I do a lot of improv and paper pieced quilting, so I spend a lot of time trimming down seam allowances or otherwise shaping random small pieces of fabric for whatever I'm working on. For tasks like these, a big 6 inch by 24 inch ruler is unwieldy. So I use this ruler all the time. It's the perfect size to just trim stuff in a lot of cases.I love the Creative Grids brand in general because the etching on the bottom prevents it from slipping and sliding around while in use. I have not found a brand of quilting rulers that does a better job in this area, so Creative Grids has become my go-to.

This is the best ruler. As a 10+ year crafter, I have amassed A LOT of rulers. This one is truly an all-in-one. The ONLY thing it doesn't have, which is an extra feature, is a centering ruler but besides that soooo many features. I highly recommend. Highly. #1 ruler.

I've been quilting for awhile so I always have scraps. A friend introduce me to string quilting and this template is great for cutting out your pieces. It has a no slip grip on the back and the numbers are easy to read.

Creative grid rulers are easy to read. They have the grip on the bottom so your fabric doesn’t slide. I only use creative grid rulers!!
