Fit my 2010 Forester well. Seems built well. Was a bit scratched up when i opened it but other than that it was an easy install, about 1 hour.

Great for a small car. Held up well for our trip from Pa to OBX. We used it for a 3 bike rack and it worked out great for us!

Ordered this hitch a week before a cross country move. Installed it in about 1 hour by myself. Towed a uhaul 5x8 enclosed trailer from NC to AZ without issue. Checked the torque on the bolts after I arrived in AZ. They didn't budge. I highly reccomend this product. 1 piece of advice. Purchase an anti-rattle device that was the only downside.

Used this Hitch with a Thule Bike rack on my Subaru Forester XT 2013. Installed the Hitch the night before making my drive from California to Colorado. Since this was our first Hitch Install it did take a few hours to complete. We had to refer to a YouTube video to have a better visual on install steps. I've had the Hitch installed for a year now and it still is holding up really well. I'm super happy that I FINALLY added a hitch to my Forester.

I haven't towed yet but it seems like a perfectly fine hitch. I have a Subaru Forester 2012. I don't know if this hitch will fit other models which may install differently. It was not hard to install but you do have to open up (drill) one hole on each side and will have to file to elongate another hole on each side. It's into about one sixteenth thick metal so I used a step drill bit and opened to five eighths holes. Using a round file it was no trouble elongating the other two. It took about one and a half hours total. Really not difficult with the right tools.
