I cannot tell what is an input to charge the device or what are the outputs used to charge external devices. Manual is very poorly written and illustrated in the typical very poor Chinese translation and their botched illustration call-outs. The manual is very frustrating. If the manual were written competently I'd probably keep it, but it is so unclear that I need to return it. There is no manufacturer name so I cannot go online to find information on it. The people selling this are losing money for the stupid reason that they are too cheap to hire someone to write the manual and illustration callouts properly.

Not sure how great it works for the long term but just went thru a storm where the power went out as well as our cell service. We had no idea what was going on and wished we had one of these so I bought it the next day. We will be ready for spring storms now!

This is not some cheap product it's made well. I was more than happy when I seen it and went thru its features. The lights on it are very bright especially the reading lamp. Everything on it is awesome. I'm letting my friends know about it.

I guess we bought into the “the sky is falling “ theory but we do live in a tornado area and lose our power in the summer so…. It charges up easily, we need the antenna full out for reception. I like that the charging cords are attached.

I'm very happy with my purchase, it's heavy (in case of dropping, but not bulky), it charges very quickly. There are multiple ways to power up: crank, charge USB- cords tuck neatly into the side without mess. Everything fits together in a specific place, which is perfect. No wasted space.
