Great item, Great price! Home depot Selle there's for over $100. Easy to install, works great, lightweight and water pressure is good. Easy to adjust and clean. Although the material is plastic, color is nice. Definitely recommend 👌

This is the second one I've installed. Easy and secure. Works great. Be sure your tile is smooth for secure attachment. Having the valve lower than at the shower head makes this a great solution for having a hand-held attachment for shorter adults and children.

This was quite easy to install. Everything had rubber washers so no need for Teflon tape (unless you change the pipe coming out of the wall). No leaks. Nice for handicapped to use.

This is the best shower head I have ever had. Having the hand held shower head on a rod makes the shower head easily adjustable. Given two anchor points, it is very stable. And the flow of the water out of the shower heads is very pleasant. I am very pleased with the design, stability and overall showering experience. It is well worth the money.

We recently upgraded our shower to a luxurious model from Egretshower, despite initial concerns due to our prebuilt insert sitting slightly away from the wall. Despite Egretshower's recommendation against installation in such situations, with a minor adjustment, we successfully installed the shower and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.Installation: Despite our shower's unique setup, a small extension allowed us to install the Egretshower model effectively. This adjustment resolved any potential installation issues, and we're delighted with how seamlessly it now fits into our bathroom.Functionality: One of the standout features of this shower upgrade is the placement of the diverter. It's conveniently located for users of varying heights, catering perfectly to both tall and shorter individuals. I love this showerhead! It was so easy to install that it only took literal minutes to set up. It was as simply as unscrewing the old showerhead and screwing in this new one. I'm also a short person so I love that the controls are at the bottom to switch between the top showerhead and the handheld one. I don't understand why other products put theirs at the top when only tall people can reach it.The handheld shower is perfect and this is such great quality. I feel like my shower instantly turned into a fancy hotel shower as soon as this was installed. It's adjustable and can move up and down easily. No leaks at all either.The only minor nitpicky thing is the suction can't be used for the shower wall due to the material (stone) and the sticker doesn't really stick so this does move around a tiny bit but overall not really a big deal.

I had been looking for something that does not require drilling as I don't have the tools nor do I know how to drill. Grandma has trouble reaching up high to grab the showerhead. The no drill showerhead holders I purchased in the past kept falling down.I am super pleased with this. It was relatively easy to install in my townhouse bathroom. This product comes with a showerhead arm in case ours is too short or too long, but I did not have to change mine. It says no need for sealing tape, and it really does not. There's absolutely no leaks at each joints. The bottom is either affixed by reusable stickies or suction cup. I chose to use the stickies. Sticks well and does not come off or move. Whole unit is sturdy, and I did not have to purchase anything additional to make it work. Water pressure is normal even when using both showerheads at the same time. We have been using it for over a month and still loving it. Definitely recommend this for those of you looking for no drill options with height adjustments to accommodate seniors or young children.

1. Connection to the arm leaks like a sieve unless you use Teflon tape (despite the instructions telling you not to) and have a gorilla tighten it with a real wrench, not the crappy little one they include (which wont even actually fit over a towel to try to protect the finish of the nut). Then it just has a very very slow drip leak. Impossible to eliminate completely on my install, and I have installed multiple shower heads in the past without issue like this one. Maybe they just need to include a slightly thicker washer for a better internal seal. I didn't have any on hand to test.2. It did not fit on my pre-existing 6" arm or the one it comes with. I had to separately order an 8" arm to be able to install it. Maybe my pipes are set back a little more in the wall, but I had the same issue when dry-fitting it on all 3 of my showers in a 1999 built home with standard plumbing.3. The nut and included arm on the black version scratch extremely easily, even when wrapped with a towel and carefully clamped on a flat edge with locking plyers that didnt slip at all. Be prepared to have touch up paint on hand for after the install, because if it doesn't scratch, and your install was like mine, then you didn't tighten it enough and will have leaks.Otherwise, it looks good, functions as it should, and will hopefully hold up well to use over time.

I got this product for my daughter who needed a handheld shower due to her physical impairment but still needed to have a stationary one for her other family members and guests. The installation was easy and we only needed water pump pliers to unscrew the original shower head. The unit works great after removing the flow restrictors which I would definitely recommend.
